Content Streaming Platform

Overview

As the Hip Hop community adopts Web3 on a mass scale, artists will need simple ways to incorporate Web3 strategies and tools into their workflows and long-term plans.  LLDAO will be extremely useful in getting artists through the door but once there it will be platforms like LyricistLounge.io that will create ways for them to easily plug into a community that will continue to onboard them and potentially accelerate the value of their music.

The Problem

Hip Hop artists suffer from a lack of support and are often taken advantage of by the music, tech and advertising industries.

The Solution

A streaming platform, owned and operated by a DAO that pays fairly and cares about their overall well-being.

How it works

LyricistLounge.io will allow artists to sell memberships to their streaming channel.  Using web3 strategies, all content will be on-chain as a way to track ownership and royalties thereof.  As artists and members engage with the app, through uploads and/or comments, $BARS tokens will be distributed as rewards.

Token Rewards

Members will be able to use $BARS tokens to redeem all sorts of experiences, opportunities and prizes ranging from studio time, photoshoots, advice, retreats and overall label services. The tokens also provide members with governance over the LLDAO, access to the discord and weekly live virtual calls to pop-up panel discussions and events.

Votes & Treasury

As members engage with LyricistLounge.io, whether that be through uploads or comments, $BARS tokens will be distributed as rewards, creating “Voting Rights” utilities.  While $Bars Token holders will receive voting rights on how the treasury is used, they will also be able to submit proposals for projects to be considered for funding.
